治疗性血浆置换术救治高脂血症急性胰腺炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗性血浆置换术在高脂血症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用及疗效。方法选取本院在2015~2016年住院的16例高脂血症急性胰腺炎患者,予以治疗性血浆置换术治疗,统计患者治疗前后甘油三酯(triacylglyceride,TG)、淀粉酶(amylase,AMY)和脂肪酶(lipase,LPS)的水平。结果 16例高脂急性胰腺炎患者平均置换3次,单次平均置换量2000 ml。治疗后TG(11.96±5.66 mmol/L vs 3.56±1.06 mmol/L)、AMY(259.14±173.40 IU/L vs 41.71±25.25 IU/L)、LPS(341.92±257.10 IU/L vs 43.5±19.54 IU/L)均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗性血浆置换是快速治疗高脂血症急性胰腺炎的有效手段。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of plasmapheresis in treatment of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis（AHP）. Methods A total of 16 AHP patients in the hospital between 2015 and 2016 were collected and treated with therapeutic plasmapheresis. The levels of triglyceride（TG）,amylase（AMY） and lipase（LPS） before and after treatments were examined. Results Sixteen AHP patients who received plasmapheresis with the average of 3 treatments,2000 mL for each,showed significant decreases in TG（11.96±5.66 mmol/L vs 3.56±1.06 mmol/L）,AMY（259.14±173.40 IU/L vs 4 1. 7 1 ±2 5. 2 5 IU/L）,and LPS（3 4 1. 92±257. 10 IU/L vs 4 3. 5±19. 54 IU/L）（P〈0. 0 5）. Conclusion Therapeutic plasma exchange is an effective method for treatment of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.
