摘　　要：自贸试验区建设是我国全面深化改革、扩大开放的重要战略举措。根据国家改革推进部署,应在"证照分离"、市场准入负面清单、服务业扩大开放、"两随机一公开"综合监管等重点方面取得更大突破,担负起新时代推动改革攻坚、推动创业创新的重任。The China Pilot Free Trade Zone is a pioneer in comprehensively deepening reforms. According to the reform of the state, we should make a breakthrough in the key points such as ＂separation of evidence and trading certificate＂, negative list of market access, open service industry, and ＂two random one open＂, and take up the important task of pushing tackling reform and promoting innovation in the new era.
