摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为主要原料,采用半连续种子乳液聚合方法制备含氟硅的聚丙烯酸酯乳液涂饰剂,并将其应用于皮革的涂饰。通过FT-IR、XPS、SEM、接触角、耐磨耗等测试方法对乳液及其胶膜进行表征分析。结果表明:有机氟、有机硅与丙烯酸酯类单体发生了反应,成功制备出含氟硅聚丙烯酸酯乳液。经含氟硅聚丙烯酸酯乳液涂饰后,革样的拒水性及耐磨性都有很大程度的改善。Polypropylene acid ester emulsion finishing agent containing fluorine silicon was synthesized from these materials as follows: dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(G04), vinyltrimethoxysilane(A-171), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and ethyl acrylate(EA), using the method of semicontinuous seed emulsions,and applied to the finishing of the leather.The FT-IR, XPS, SEM, contact angle, wear resistance and other test methods were used to characterize the emulsion and its films. The results showed that organic fluorine, silicone and acrylate monomers reacted and fluorine silicone polyacrylate emulsions were successfully prepared. The water repellency and abrasion resistance of leather samples after coating with fluorine silicone polyacrylates have been greatly improved.
