酸性媒介桃红3BM的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了酸性媒介桃红3BM的合成路线。讨论了影响合成酸性媒介桃红3BM的各种因素(如反应温度、反应时间、是否连续反应等)及合成所需最佳工艺条件,即缩合反应温度160℃、反应时间40min,闭环反应温度50℃、连续反应时间12h。The synthetic route of Acid Chrome Brilliant Red 3 BM was introduced. The influence factors of synthesizing Acid Chrome Brilliant Red 3 BM was discussed, such as reaction temperature,reaction time, continuous reaction or not and so on. The best process conditions of synthesis requirement were also discussed. The optimal reaction conditions were： condensation reaction temperature at 160℃ for 40 minutes, then ring-closure reaction temperature at 50℃ for 12 hours continuously.
