改良开窗法治疗耳郭假囊肿的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良开窗法治疗耳郭假囊肿的临床疗效。方法 58例耳郭假囊肿患者随机分为住院治疗组(30例)和门诊改良组(28例),分别行耳郭假囊肿前壁软骨切除术和改良开窗术,观察2组治疗效果、治疗时间及费用、疼痛程度及时间。结果 2组的手术治愈率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但住院治疗组的治疗时间及费用远远大于门诊改良组,疼痛程度、时间也大于门诊改良组。结论改良开窗法治疗耳郭假囊肿疗效确切,在门诊即可应用,可大大节省治疗费用及时间,同时也降低了患者的术后痛苦,尤其适合在基层医院应用,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of modified window opening on auricle pseudocyst. Methods Fifty-eight patients with auricular pseudocysts were randomly divided into the in-patient group（ 30 cases） and the out-patient group（ 28 cases）,who underwent the anterior wall cartilage resection of auricular pseudocysts and the modified window opening respectively. Results There was no significant difference in the curative rate between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. The treatment time and cost of in-patient group were much larger than those of out-patient group,and the degree of pain was higher than that of out-patient group. Conclusions The modified window opening method was effective and could be applied in the out-patient treatment of auricle pseudocyst,which could save the treatment cost and time greatly. The patient＇s pain was little,the operation was simple. It is especially suitable for the primary hospital,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
