摘 要:近年来,国内外关于面神经术中监测的基础研究取得了一定的进展,面神经术中监测技术也已广泛应用于临床工作。耳神经和侧颅底外科的解剖结构比较复杂,术中对面神经的处理和保护一直是该区域手术最重要的内容之一。鉴于面神经术中监测对判断面神经解剖走行、毗邻关系和预后功能评估有良好的指导作用,本文就面神经术中监测在耳神经和侧颅底外科的应用现状进行综述。In recent years,basic research on facial nerve monitoring has made some progresses. The facial nerve surgery monitoring has also been widely used in clinical work. The anatomy of the cranial base and the ear nerve is complex,and the treatment and protection of the facial nerve during operation has always been one of the most important aspects. In view of the fact that facial nerve monitoring is a good guide for judging facial nerve anatomy walking,adjoining relationship,and prognostic function assessment,this article reviewed the status of application of facial nerve monitoring in the cranial base surgery and the ear nerve.
