三种方法制备的洗涤红细胞效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察采用手工法和全自动分离机,以及使用ACP-215自动红细胞处理系统分别制备洗涤红细胞的质控指标,比较3种方法采集红细胞质量效果的差异。方法各取ACP-215红细胞洗涤机制备的2 U洗涤红细胞产品120例和手工洗涤制备的同类产品60例及全自动血液成分分离机洗涤制备的30例进行比较。结果使用ACP-215红细胞洗涤机制备的洗涤红细胞产品质量经检测,其血红蛋白含量、上清蛋白含量及溶血率分别为48.85±6.44、0.15±0.07、0.16±0.05,优于其他两种制备方法,均符合国家相关标准要求。结论使用ACP-215红细胞洗涤机制备洗涤红细胞产品质量更加优越,可进一步保证临床输注的安全有效。Objective To observe the manual and automatic separation machine and the use of ACP-215 automatic red blood cell processing system in the preparation of washed red blood cell quality control indicators, compare the three methods on the quality of red blood cell differences. Method 120 cases of 2 U washed red blood cell products prepared by ACP-215 erythrocyte washing machine and 30 cases of similar products prepared by hand washing and 30 cases of automatic blood component separation were prepared. Results The hemoglobin content, supernatant protein content and hemolysis rate were 48.854-6.44, 0.154-0.07 and 0.164-0.05, respectively, when the quality of washed red blood cell was determined by using ACP-215 erythrocyte washing machine. The other two methods of preparation data are good, are in line with national standards. Conclusion The use ofACP-215 erythrocyte washing machine to prepare washed red blood cell product quality is lllore superior, can further ensure the safe and effective clinical infusion.
