红景天植物石蜡切片的制作和结构观察研究

摘　　要：以3种红景天植物(狭叶红景天、大花红景天、长鞭红景天)的根和根状茎为材料,研究其石蜡切片制作的最佳条件,并对切片制作过程中存在的问题进行了讨究;同时,通过观察3种红景天根状茎石蜡装片的显微结构,从解剖学上比较了3种红景天根状茎组织结构特点。The roots and rhizome of three species of Rhodiola plants （Rhodiola kirilowii （Regel） Maxim,Rhodiola crenulata （HK.f. et.Thoms）H.Ohba,Rhodiola crenulata（HK.f.et Thoms.）H.Oh-ba） were selected as the material to study the the optimal conditions for the production of paraffin sections,and some existing problems in the production of paraffin sections are studied.At the same time,the histological characteristics of three kinds of Rhodiola rhizome stems were compared anatomically by observing the microstructures of the three kinds of Rhodiola rhizome paraffin section.
