农村人力资本:增收效应及其空间特征——基于长江上游47个市州的考察

摘　　要：基于长江上游地区47个市州2005—2015年的面板数据和明瑟收入方程理论,综合运用静态和动态的空间计量模型以及面板门槛回归模型,对农村人力资本增收效应及其空间特征的研究显示:长江上游地区农村人力资本的空间集聚效应凸出;人力资本、产业结构、城镇化水平、经济发展水平、公路密度和人口密度是农民增收空间影响机制中的重要因素;农村居民收入水平具有内生驱动和外生依赖的双重特征;农村人力资本对农民增收具有明显的空间溢出效应;在不同经济门槛下农村人力资本增收效应呈现各异的门槛特征及经济现象。Based on the panel data of 47 cities and prefectures from 2005 to 2015 in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and Mincer Earnings Equation, this paper made a rigorous analysis on the effect and the spatial characteristics of income-increasing of rural human capital with dynamic and static spatial measurement model. The results show that： The rural human capital exists significant spatial dependence, and the effect of spatial agglomeration is outstanding; human capital, industry structure, urbanization level, economic development level, highway density and population density are the important elements of the spatial influence mechanism of farmers＇ income-increasing, and the level of farmers＇ income has dual characteristics of endogenous driving and exogenous dependence with the significant spatio-temporal spillover effect; the rural human capital exists significant spatial spillover effect to the farmers＇ income-increasing; the effect of income-increasing of rural human capital shows different threshold characteristics and economic phenomena under different economic thresholds.
