家庭禀赋对农户参与小型农田水利供给的影响——兼论责任主体认知的调节效应

摘　　要：基于福建270家农户调查数据和Heckman样本选择模型,从是否参与供给和参与供给程度两个方面实证分析家庭禀赋对农户参与小型农田水利设施供给行为的影响效应,并分析责任主体认知对家庭禀赋和农户参与供给行为关系的调节效应。结果表明:农户参与行为是综合考虑家庭禀赋的理性选择,人力资本禀赋、社会资本禀赋(亲友联系)及自然资源资本禀赋(农地经营面积)对农户是否参与供给和参与供给程度都有显著正向影响,经济资本禀赋具有显著负向影响。户主责任主体认知在其中具有明显的调节效应。Based on the data of 270 farmers in Fujian province, this paper constructs the Heckman sample selection model to discuss the influence of family resources endowment of farmers on farmer households＇ supply behavior of small scale irrigation facilities from two points, including whether they participate in the supply and the supply level. The paper also analyzes the regulated effect of responsible subject＇s cognition. The results show that farmers＇ supply behavior is the determination of the comprehensively consideration of the rational choice of family endowment. Among them, the average level of education, the communication frequency of relatives and friends and the cultivated land area have significant positive effects on the farmers＇ supply behaviors. In addition, the quantity of household labor and the family income have positive and negative effects on farmers＇ participation in supply respectively. The responsibility cognition of householder has positive regulating effect on the relationship between the variables of the household labor quantity, the communication frequency of relatives and friends and the cultivated land area and the cooperative supply behavior.
