综合心理干预对盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗神经病理性疼痛效果的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨综合心理干预对盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗神经病理性疼痛的影响。[方法]纳入在本院就诊的神经病理性疼痛病人122例,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各61例。两组均进行盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,对照组使用常规护理,干预组实施综合心理干预。观察并比较两组疼痛情况、心理状况及药物剂量。[结果]两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)在给药第3天、第6天、第9天、第12天时均显著低于给药前(P<0.05),且干预组在第6天、第9、第12天时显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。给药4周后,干预组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于给药前(P<0.05),且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组在治疗第3天、第6天、第9天时药物服用量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]经盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗神经病理性疼痛后,实施综合心理干预有利于降低病人的疼痛水平,改善病人对药物的依赖性,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪。bjective： To investigate the effect of the comprehensive psychological intervention on oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets in the treatment of neuropathic pain. Methods： A total of 122 patients with neuropathic pain admitted to our hospital were divided into the intervention group and control group according to the random number table method,61 cases in each.The two groups were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets.The control group received routine nursing and the intervention group implemented comprehensive psychological intervention.Observe and compare the pain,psychological status,and drug dosage of the two groups. Results： The visual analogue scale （VAS） of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the administration on the 3rd,6th,9th,and 12th day of administration （ P 〈0.05）,and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 6th,9th,and 12th day of administration （ P 〈0.05）.After 4 weeks of administration,the scores of the Self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self rating Depression Scale （SDS） in the intervention group were significantly lower than those before the administration （ P 〈0.05）,and significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）.The dosages of the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 3rd,6th,and 9th day （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： After the treatment of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets on neuropathic pain,the comprehensive psychological intervention was beneficial to reduce the pain level of patients,improve the dependence of patients on drugs,and alleviate the anxiety and depression.
