布地奈德与特布他林并用治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果及不良反应评价

摘　　要：目的对毛细支气管炎的患儿给予布地奈德与特布他林并用治疗的临床效果和不良反应进行分析。方法 86例毛细支气管炎患儿,按照就诊先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予特布他林治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、症状消失时间和住院时间。结果治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿症状消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毛细支气管炎威胁小儿的健康,给予布地奈德与特布他林并用治疗可快速缓解其症状,且不良反应较少,安全性高,同时能显著缩短住院和治疗时间,效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and adverse reactions of budesonide and terbutaline in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 86 children with bronchiolitis were divided by admission order into control group and treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional therapy, on its basis, the control group received atomization inhalation of budesonide, and the treatment group received terbutaline on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on treatment effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time between the two groups. Results The treatment group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.35% than 79.07% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 4.65% than 18.60% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had shorter symptom disappearance time and hospitalization time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bronchiolitis threatens the health of children. Combined therapy of budesonide and terbutaline shows remarkable effect, and it can quickly relieve the symptoms with less adverse reactions and high safety, as well as significantly shorten the hospitalization time and treatment time.
