鼻内镜辅助驼峰鼻整形术15例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜辅助驼峰鼻整形术的可行性。方法 15例驼峰鼻患者,均行鼻内镜辅助鼻整形术治疗,观察患者手术时间、水肿时间及并发症发生情况,比较手术前后患者对鼻外形满意程度及鼻外形情况。结果 7例鼻外切口手术患者,手术时间为1.0~1.5 h,平均手术时间80 min;8例鼻内切口手术患者,手术时间为1.5~2.0 h,平均手术时间为95 min。术后患者水肿时间为3~5 d,平均水肿时间4 d。均未见并发症发生。手术后,患者对鼻外形非常满意率为80.00%,高于手术前的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。11例(93.33%)患者鼻外形恢复正常,全部患者治疗有效,有效率为100.00%。手术后,患者鼻外形情况优于手术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助鼻整形术是可行并且有效的,可以为鼻整形术提供一种新的方法。Objective To investigate the feasibility of hump rhinoplasty assisted by nasal endoscopy. Methods A total of 15 cases of hump nose were treated with nasal endoscopic assisted rhinoplasty. The operation time, edema time and the occurrence of complications were observed, and the satisfaction with nasal shape and nasal shape before and after operation were compared. Results 7 patients undergoing extranasal incision had operation time as 1.0~1.5 h and mean operation time as 80 min. 8 patients undergoing intranasal incision had operation time as 1.5~2.0 h and mean operation time as 95 min. Patients had postoperative edema time as 3~5 d and mean edema time as 4 d. No complications were found. After operation, patients had higher satisfaction rate of nasal shape as 80.00% than 40.00% before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nasal shape of 11 patients（93.33%） returned to normal and all patients were effectively treated, with effective rate as 100.00%. After operation, the nasal shape of patients was better than that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic assisted rhinoplasty is feasible and effective, and can provide a new method for rhinoplasty.
