摘　　要："科学技术是第一生产力"这一论断,随着"互联网+"时代深入发展,更加凸显其科学性,技术创新能力不仅成为了衡量企业生存和发展的关键指标,更是衡量一个区域、一个国家经济发展潜力的标准之一。同样地,一个地区的技术创新能力是该区域综合竞争力的直接体现。因此,只有不断提升技术创新能力,区域经济才能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。运用因子分析和聚类分析方法,对四川省21个人地级市进行分析,得出影响区域技术创新能力的影响因子,分析现阶段各地级市技术创新能力现状,并提出对策建议。With the deepening and rapid advancement of the＂Internet Plus＂,the theory that＂science and technology constitute a primary produtive force＂well-demonstrated its scientific nature. Nowadays,technology innovation not only became a key standard to evaluate the enterprises＇ survival and development,but it also as one of the benchmark in assessing the potential for economic growth of a country or region. Admittedly,one region＇s technological innovation ability is the backbone of its comprehensive competitive capability. Therefore,only by constantly improving and strengthening the ability of innovation can regional economies gain its momentum in fierce competition. Based on the method of clustering and factor analysis,the thesis analyesed the present situation of 21 municipal cities of Sichuan Province and concluded that disadvantageous factors in blocking of one region＇s techonlogical innovation ability. Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures will be given to ironing out those problems.
