摘 要:为研究材料的微观力学性能,设计了一套压痕测试装置。首先对关键零部件柔性铰链进行仿真分析,在最大量程时柔性铰链所受应力为49.85MPa,远小于柔性铰链的屈服强度;之后进行了整机仿真分析,装置固有频率达到527.71Hz,装置在实验过程中不会发生共振。然后校准了传感器的线性度,其线性度都达到0.99以上,满足精度要求。最后利用校准后的仪器开展铝合金研究工作,验证了铝合金在预拉力下材料微观力学性能的变化趋势。In order to study the micro-mechanical properties of materials,a system of indentation testing device was designed. Firstly,simulation analysis was conducted for the key component of flexure hinge. The pressure on flexure hinge was 49.85 MPa at the maximum range. The whole device was simulated and analyzed afterwards. This device's inherent frequency was 527.71 Hz and no resonance occurred. Then the linearity was calibrated and proved to be higher than 0.99 which met the accuracy requirement. Finally,this calibrated device was used on aluminum alloy study for verifying its variation trend of mechanical property under pretension force.
