摘　　要：分析了电石生产中石灰生过烧对能耗的影响,并以实例进行了对比。回转窑活性石灰技术应用到电石行业,不仅可以降低电石生产消耗,还能充分利用电石生产中产生的电石炉尾气和兰炭除尘灰,从而减少能源的浪费,提高资源综合利用效率。This paper analyzes the effects of unsintered and over sintered lime on energy consumption of calcium carbide industry,and demonstrates the comparative studies with living examples. The application of rotary active lime technology in calcium carbide industry can not only reduce the consumption of calcium carbide production,but also economize on energy source and improve the resources utilization efficiency by using the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace and semicoke fly ash,which are produced in calcium carbide production process.
