摘 要:如何合理地将业务流程分解成定义良好的活动,并按照一定的规则来控制活动的执行,是企业信息化建设过程中的一个核心难题,而且传统的业务流程处理方式已经无法满足企业的战略发展要求。基于Python开发了一款工作流管理系统(PWFMS),在规范流程的基础上,提高业务流程的处理效率,同时方便流程的追踪和统计分析,完成了跨人员、跨部门和跨应用的协作,为企业日常的一些办公流程实现了全自动化处理。How to reasonably decompose business processes into well-defined activities and control the execution of activities according to certain rules is a core problem in the process of enterprise information construction. Traditional business process processing methods can no longer meet the company's strategic development requirements. This article had developed a workflow management system( PWFMS) based on Python. On the basis of the normative process,it improved the efficiency of business process processing,facilitated process tracking and statistical analysis,and completed cross-personnel,cross-departmental,and cross-application collaborations,and realized full automation for some of the company's day-to-day office workflows.
