摘　　要：由于冶金机修企业备件项目计划的临时性、多样性和重复性,在生产计划管理中,从备件计划下达执行到计划完成进库,再到备件项目的销售,以及备件项目加工,涉及到多个工序或车间的相互衔接,往往会造成有些备件计划项目的遗漏.因此设计开发生产管理系统,不仅有利于生产管理水平的提高,更有助于提升企业信息化管理水平.Due to the temporality,diversity and repeatability of spare parts for metallurgical machinery repair enterprises,the management of production plan covers from the spare part plan to the plan completion and storage,then the sale of spare parts and spare part processing,involving multiple interrelated processes or workshops which will often cause the omission of some spare parts. Therefore,the design and development of production management system is not only conducive to the improvement of production management level,but also helps improve the level of enterprise information management.
