摘　　要：文章从医院后勤安全工作特点出发,阐述了过程决策程序图法(简称"PDPC")应用于医院后勤安全管理计划制订、事故预测等工作中的实例,列举了其主要影响因素及相应策略措施,提出了科学系统开展医院后勤安全管理工作的新思路。Starting from the characteristics of hospital logistics safety work, the article expounds the application of Process Decision Program Chart（PDPC） in the hospital logistics safety management in terms of plan formulation and accident prediction, and lists the main influencing factors and corresponding strategies and measures, and then puts forward the new ideas of scientific and systematic hospital logistics security management.
