摘　　要：目的:研究慢性心力衰竭患者血清Galectin-3、sST2含量检测及其与病情严重程度的相关关系。方法:选择2015年3月~2017年10月期间在广饶县人民医院诊断为慢性心力衰竭的患者作为研究的心衰组、同期在广饶县人民医院体检的健康者作为研究的对照组。采集血清并测定Galectin-3、sST2及心室重构指标的含量,行心超检查并测定LVEDD、LVEF、LVMI。结果:心衰组患者血清中Galectin-3、sST2的含量显著高于对照组且心功能III级及IV级患者血清中Galectin-3、sST2的含量显著高于心功能II级患者,心功能IV级患者血清中Galectin-3、sST2的含量显著高于心功能III级患者;心衰组患者的LVEDD、LVMI水平以及血清中FGF23、MMP9、PICP、PIIICP的含量显著高于对照组且与血清中Galectin-3、sST2的含量呈正相关,LVEF的水平以及血清中TIMP1、TIMP4的含量显著低于对照组且与血清中Galectin-3、sST2的含量呈负相关。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者血清Galectin-3、sST2含量的异常升高对心功能减退、心室重构具有评估价值。Objective：To study the serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents in patients with chronic heart failure and their correlation with disease severity.Methods：Patients who were diagnosed with chronic heart failure in Guangrao County People＇s Hospital between March 2015 and October 2017 were selected as the heart failure group of the research,and the healthy subjects who received physical examination in Guangrao County People＇s Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group of the research.Serum was collected to detect the levels of Galectin-3,sST2 and ventricular remodeling indexes,and the echocardiography was performed to measure LVEDD,LVEF and LVMI.Results：Serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents of heart failure group were significantly higher than those of control group,serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents of patients with cardiac function grade III and IV were significantly higher than those of patients with cardiac function grade II,and serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents of patients with cardiac function grade IV were significantly higher those of patients with cardiac function grade III;LVEDD and LVMI levels as well as serum FGF23,MMP9,PICP and PIIICP contents of heart failure group were significantly higher than those of control group and positively correlated with serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents whereas LVEF level as well as serum TIMP1 and TIMP4 contents was significantly lower than those of control group and negatively correlated with serum Galectin-3 and sST2 contents.Conclusion：The abnormal increase of serum Galectin-3 and sST2 in patients with chronic heart failure is valuable for evaluating the cardiac hypofunction and ventricular remodeling.
