摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜下射频止血对顽固性鼻出血患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年1—12月该院收治的50例顽固性鼻出血患者作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者采用高分子膨胀填塞止血,观察组采用鼻内窥镜下射频治疗止血,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及术后疼痛、鼻塞、睡眠障碍VAS评分、住院时间等。结果观察组患者一次性治愈率为92%,对照组患者的一次性治愈率为64%,观察组治愈效果好于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.711,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后疼痛、鼻塞、睡眠障碍(VAS评分)、住院天数优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜下射频治疗顽固性鼻出血成功率高,操作简单,安全实用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of radiofrequency therapy under nasal endoscope of intractable epistaxis. Methods 50 cases of patients with intractable epistaxis admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group used the polymer expansion filling for hemostasis, while the observation group used the radiofrequency therapy under nasal endoscope for hemostasis, and the clinical treatment effect, postoperative pains, nasal obstruction and sleep disorder VAS score and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The one-time cure rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 92% and 64%, and the cure effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.711, P〈0.05）, and the postoperative pains, nasal obstruction, sleep disorder VAS score and length of stay were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The success rate of radiofrequency therapy under nasal endoscope of intractable epistaxis is high, with simple operation and practical safety.
