三烯高诺酮联合手术治疗在妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三烯高诺酮联合手术治疗在妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症中的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年4月该院收治的70例剖宫产后腹壁内异灶的患者,随机进行分组,观察组和对照组各35例。对照组予以腹壁子宫内膜异位灶切除术,观察组在此基础上予以三烯高诺酮治疗。连续治疗6个月,随访6个月。结果治疗前,观察组患者FSH(5.21±1.62)U/L和E2(178.92±40.27)ng/L水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.34,0.25,P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者FSH(2.64±1.58)U/L、E2(89.47±21.86)ng/L水平显著低于对照组(t=6.88、7.52,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.82,P<0.05)。结论三烯高诺酮联合手术治疗的临床效果高于仅接受手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者,可有效降低患者术后的复发率。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of dl-18-methyl-norgestrienone combined with surgery in treatment of operative incision endometriosis in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 70 cases of patients with abdominal wall different foci after cesarean section in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group were treated with excision of abdominal wall endometriosis, while the observation group were treated with dl-18-methyl-norgestrienone on the basis of the control group for six months in a row, and the patients were followed up for six months. Results Before treatment, the differences in the FSH and E2 between the observation group（5.21±1.62）U/L and（178.92±40.27）ng/L and the control group were not obvious,（t=0.34, 0.25, P〈0.05）; after treatment, the FSH（2.64±1.58）U/L, E2（89.47±21.86）ng/L in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（t=6.88, 7.52, P〈0.05）; and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（94.29% vs 74.29%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.82, P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of dl-18-methyl-norgestrienone combined with surgery in treatment of operative incision endometriosis in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is better than that of surgery, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients after surgery.
