瑞巴派特辅助治疗老年胃溃疡效果及对炎症细胞浸润程度、中性黏液含量、黏膜形态结构影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞巴派特辅助治疗老年胃溃疡效果及对炎症细胞浸润程度、中性黏液含量、黏膜形态结构影响。方法2016年1月—2017年6月随机选取该院收治的老年胃溃疡患者88例作为研究对象,根据其入院序号奇偶数按比例(1:1)划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者44例,对照组给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和甲硝唑治疗,观察组在此基础上给予瑞巴派特辅助治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果、炎症细胞浸润程度、中性黏液含量、黏膜形态结构情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组77.27%(P=0.035);治疗前两组患者炎症细胞浸润程度、中性黏液含量、黏膜形态结构评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后上述指标明显降低,且观察组上述指标分别(1.12±0.33)分、(1.01±0.51)分和(1.03±0.61)分,均低于对照组(1.57±0.15)分、(1.89±0.38)分和(1.83±0.86)分(P=0.000)。结论在老年胃溃疡治疗中,行瑞巴派特辅助治疗效果显著,改善患者溃疡程度,促进溃疡快速且高质量愈合,抑制其反复发作,值得广泛推广。Objective To study the effect of rebamipide adjunctive treatment of senile gastric ulcer and effect on inflammatory cell infiltration, neutral mucus content and mucosal morphology. Methods 88 cases of senile gastric ulcer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with44 cases in each, the control group were treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole, while the observation group were for rebamipide adjunctive treatment, and the treatment effect, inflammatory cell infiltration degree, neutral mucus content and morphologic structure of mucous membrane were observed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（93.18% vs 77.27%）（P=0.035）, before treatment, the differences in the inflammatory cell infiltration, neutral mucus content, mucosal morphology and structure score between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after three-month treatment, the above indexes obviously decreased, and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [（1.12 ±0.33）points,（1.01±0.51）points and（1.03±0.61）points vs（1.57±0.15）points,（1.89±0.38）points and（1.83±0.86）points]（P=0.000）. Conclusion The effect of rebamipide adjunctive treatment of senile gastric ulcer patients is obvious, which can improve the ulcer degree, promote the rapid and high-quality healing of ulcer and suppress the repeated attack, and it is worth wide promotion.
