摘　　要：目的运用鱼骨图分析骨科住院患者跌倒的原因,提出防范措施。方法回顾性分析19例住院期间发生跌倒的骨科患者的临床资料,查找跌倒原因并绘制鱼骨图。结果骨科住院患者跌倒原因包括患者因素、环境因素、管理因素等。结论应加强动态评估和健康教育,创造安全的病区环境,建立预防跌倒应急预案,降低骨科住院患者跌倒风险。Objective To analyze the potential reasons of falls among elderly hospitalized patients in orthopedic ward by using cause-and-effect diagram,and to propose preventive measures.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 19 elderly patients who experienced fall events during hospitalization,and to find out the potential causes. Results The causes of falls could be summarized as patients factors, environmental factors and management factors.Conclusion It is suggested to enhance the dynamic evaluation and health education on patients,create the safe clinical ward and establish the emergency plan,in order to reduce the risk of falls among elderly hospitalized patients in orthopedic ward.
