成都市新都区中学生心理卫生知识知晓率调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查成都市新都区中学生心理卫生知晓率情况。方法通过整群随机抽样方法抽取成都市新都区560名中学生纳入调查,采用《中学生心理卫生知识问卷》对其心理卫生知晓率情况进行调查。结果中学生心理卫生知识知晓率调查的总体正确应答率65.56%,其中心理问题认知正确应答率84.69%;知道哪里可以提供心理咨询占27.85%;知道何时需寻求帮助占10.18%;知道找谁帮助者占64.64%;对心理咨询因担心误解而拒绝的占13.83%。在何时需心理帮助、向何人寻求帮助方面,男生知晓率高于女生(P<0.05),高中生知晓率高于初中生(P<0.05);在心理问题何地求助方面,女生知晓率高于男生(P<0.05)。结论成都市新都区中学生心理卫生知识知晓率有待提高,学校和有关部门应采取相关措施提高中学生卫生知晓率,保证学生心理健康。Objective To understand the awareness of mental health among middle school students in Xindu District of Chengdu,and to provide evidence for mental health education among students. Methods Totally 560 middle school students in Xindu District of Chengdu were collected by cluster random sampling. The mental health awareness of middle school students was investigated by the questionnaire on mental health knowledge of middle school students. Results The overall correct response rate of the awareness rate of mental health knowledge among middle school students was 65. 56%,in which 84. 69% of students with correct answer of mental health knowledge,27. 82% of them knewwhere to find counseling place,10. 18% of them knewwhen to seek advice,64. 64% of them knewwho to ask for help,13. 83% of them rejected the consulting as worrying about the misunderstanding. In terms of when to seek advice and who to ask for help,the awareness rate of male students was higher than that of female students（ P〈0. 05）,and the awareness rate of senior high school students was higher than that of junior high school students（P〈0. 05）. In terms of where to find counseling place,the awareness rate of females was higher than that of males（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The awareness rate of mental health knowledge of middle school students in Xindu District of Chengdu needs to be improved. The schools and relevant departments should take some measures to improve the awareness rate of middle school students＇ health and ensure the students＇ mental health.
