摘　　要：促进职业体育俱乐部高质量发展是体育组织改革的重要内容,在促进体育产业发展和满足体育多元化等方面有重要意义。通过对我国职业体育俱乐部发展的现状分析归纳出其职能区分不明、职业体育俱乐部商业产权基础较薄弱,基础功能弱化、职业体育俱乐部治理能力结构不完善,以及社会资源缺乏、职业体育俱乐部外部治理渠道略单一等制约因素。运用数据包络分析法对2016赛季中超俱乐部投入/产出所反映的治理效率的角度分析,发现我国职业体育俱乐部需按照有效的治理方法厘清职业体育俱乐部的治理特殊性、正确定位职业体育俱乐部中的政府角色与定位以及切实加强职业体育俱乐部治理结构与机制的建设与完善,方可打造具有自主运营的独立品牌俱乐部,从而吸引更多球迷参与体育赛事,拓宽职业体育后备人才的培养渠道。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping^s socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the promotion of the h igh -quality professional sports clubs is an important part of the sports organization reform. It also pushes forward the sports industryand diversity of sports. The status quo of the professional sports clubs in China showed that their fmctions were not clearly defined.The commercial infrastructure was weak. The governance was imperfect The social resources were insufficient Theexternal governance was monotonous. Through the data envelopment analytical method, the 2016 season Super League club govemanceefficiency reflected in the ROI （return on the investment）revealed that the Chinese professional sports clubs needed to followthe effective governance methods in order to find the special characteristics of its governance, yielding the governmental role,strengthen the governance structure and mechanism. Only through this way could the independent operating clubs could be built soas to attract more spectators and cultivate more professional sports reserve talents.
