摘　　要：目的比较压力定量式气雾剂+储雾罐与空气压缩雾化泵在治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病中的效果、不良反应、治疗费用及依从性。方法将817例3月-3岁急性喘息性疾病的患儿随机分为压力定量式气雾剂+储雾罐组(治疗组)和空气压缩雾化泵吸入组(对照组),两组所用药物均为糖皮质激素+β2受体激动剂,观察两组的疗效、不良反应、治疗费用和依从性情况。结果治疗组和对照组的显效率和有效率无统计学差异;两组的不良反应均较少;两组治疗费用治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组的依从性有显著差异,治疗组的配合率及雾化时间明显高于对照组。结论压力定量式气雾剂+储雾罐与空气压缩雾化泵两种方式吸入糖皮质激素联合β2受体激动剂治疗婴幼儿急性喘息性疾病均安全有效,其中压力定量式气雾剂+储雾罐的治疗费用低、依从性好。Objective To evaluate the effect,adverse reaction,cost and compliance of different inhalation devices on acute wheezing of children under 3 years old. Methods A total of 817 children with acute wheezing,aged between 2 months to 3 years old,was randomly divided into pressured metered dose inhalers with spacers group（treat group） and nebulizers group（control group）.Aerosolized drugs were glucocorticoid combined withβ2 receptor agonist.The effective rate in two groups and adverse reaction and cost and compliance were observed. Results There were no significant differences in effective rate,and there were less adverse reaction in treat group and control group;The cost in treat group was significantly lower than that of control group;There was significant difference in compliance of two groups,treat group has a higher compliance to inhalation treatment than control group. Conclusion Inhaled glucocorticoid combined with β2 receptor agonist with pressured metered dose inhalers with spacers or nebulizers is safe and effective in treating acute wheezing of children under 3 years old.Pressured metered dose inhalers with spacers have a lower cost and higher compliance than nebulizers.
