规则性肝段(叶)切除治疗肝胆管结石的临床分析

摘　　要：将50例肝胆管结石患者分为非规则性肝段(叶)切除术与规则性肝段(叶)切除术治疗的观察与对照两组,可知观察组的治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。可得结论规则性肝段(叶)切除术治疗肝胆管结石效果显著。Fifty patients with hepatolithiasis were divided into two groups： irregular segmentectomy（lobectomy） and regular hepatectomy（lobectomy）. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.
