摘  要:目的探讨经逆行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法 2014年11月-2017年12月采用STORZ全高清电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石600例,结石大小直径0.9cm—4.0cm,其中输尿管上段结石216例(均为L3以上)。肾结石384例,双肾多发结石65例,重复肾盂畸形合并结石1例,肾下盏结石66例。结果:本组病例512例术前置管1-2周,88例未置管一期手术,2例术中未发现结石,手术时间20min--120min,平均50min,碎石次数最多三次,术后住院3-6天,出现肾绞痛5例,低热6例,严重脓毒血症1例,术后1月拔双J管,清石率达90%左右。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石治疗上尿路结石安全有效。objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of retrograde ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi. Methods: from November 2014 to December 2017, 600 patients with upper urinary calculi were treated with storz full HD electronic ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. the diameter of the upper ureteral calculi was 0.9 cm-4.0 cm. 216 patients( all above L3) were treated with storz full HD electronic ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. 384 cases of kidney stones, 65 cases of double kidney multiple stones, 1 case of repeated renal pelvis malformation with stones, 66 cases of renal calyx stones. Results: 512 cases were operated for 1-2 weeks, 88 cases were operated without catheter in one stage, 2 cases were operated without stone, the operation time was 20 min-120 min, the average time was 50 min, the times of stone breaking was three times at most, 5 cases of renal colic, 6 cases of low fever, 1 case of severe sepsis occurred in 3-6 days after operation, double j tube was pulled out in 1 month after operation, the stone removal rate was about 90 %. Conclusion: ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective in the treatment of upper urinary calculi
