摘　　要：目的观察清热散结胶囊对急性湿疹患者皮损处金黄色葡萄球菌定植的影响。方法选取2014年6月~2016年5月在北京华信医院、北京世纪坛医院、北京中医院及中日友好医院皮肤科门诊收治的急性湿疹患者为研究对象,对照组75例患者采用口服抗组胺药物,外用激素药物,治疗组81例患者在对照组治疗基础上联合口服清热散结胶囊6粒/次,3次/天,疗程均为7~14天。结果治疗组治疗前后金葡菌菌落数减少值为63.95±27.56 cfu,对照组为50.59±30.66 cfu,两组的金葡菌菌落数减少值对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组细菌学疗效总有效率为79%,对照组为52%,两组对比有显著性差异;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热散结胶囊对降低急性湿疹患者皮损处金黄色葡萄球菌定植具有显著疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of qingreqanjie capsules in treatment of Staphylocccus aureus in the skin lessions of acute eczema patients.Methods Acute eczema patients admitted to Beijing huaxin hospital, Beijing shiitan hospital, Beijing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient department of dermatology of chinajapan friendship hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects.The patients in the control group（75 patients） were treated with oral antihistamine, as well as with topical corticosteroid; The patients in the treatment group（81 patients） were po administered with qingresanjie capsules on the basis of control group,6 grains/time, three times daily, for 7-14 d.Results After treatment,the decrease of Staphylocccus aureus colonies number in the treatment group was 63.95±27.56 cfu, and in the control group was 50.59±30.66 cfu, respectively,there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.The bacteriological efficacies of the treatment group and control group were 79% and 52%,and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qingresanjie capsules has the effect of reducing Staphylococcus aureus colonization in the skin lessions of acute eczema patients.
