摘　　要：针对搬迁设备异常故障这一特殊案例,结合维修实例及现场维修拍摄的照片,介绍整个维修过程以及查找、解决问题的具体方法。在解决三坐标测量机硬件问题的同时,采用软件补偿技术,使设备测量精度恢复到出厂精度。Combining with maintenance examples and scene photographs,a whole maintenance process of abnormal coordinate measuring machine was introduced. Not only the hardware problems of abnormal coordinate measuring machine were solved,but also software compensation technology was adopted to make the measuring accuracy of coordinate measuring machine resume to factory shipped state.
