摘  要:目的研究分析护理教育中人文课程设置情况,提出完善人文课程设置建议,推动护士人文素养的不断提升。方法通过文献查阅、院校教师和医院护理人员座谈交流、专家函询设计调研问卷,运用网络传媒进行护生、学院教师和医院护士三方调研,调查三方对人文护理培训课程频次及重要性评价。结果 22项人文培训课程中有11项内容培训率小于50%。院校教师及医院护理人员对人文素养培养重要性评价差异无统计学意义,但在课程设置需求认知方面护理伦理学、人文管理学、护士化妆与技巧、组织管理、安宁护理5项差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学院校应当普遍开设护理人文课程,完善课程设置;院校教师与医院护理人员应加强沟通与联系,共同完善现有护理人文核心课程教学和实训内容的设计。Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the set of course offerings on humanities innursing education in order to fix the humanistic education for nurses.Methods The survey questionnaires weredesigned through literature review, informal discussions with college teachers and hospital clinical teachers whichwere used to investigate a nursing students, college teachers and hospital nurses online. Results Of the 22humanities training courses, the training rates of 11 courses were less than 50%. There are no statisticalsignificance between the results of the evaluation on the importance of humanistic quality training from collegeteachers and hospital nurses. However, the significante differences were found in the cognition of curriculumrequirements including nursing ethics, cosmetology, hospice care and the management.Conclusions Nursinghumanities courses should be performed to medical colleges to promote students' humanistic qualities in nursingand meet the needs of humanistic care in clinical nursing.
