地佐辛复合丙泊酚全身麻醉在宫腔镜电切术中的应用及对患者清醒后疼痛的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析地佐辛复合丙泊酚全身麻醉在宫腔镜电切术中的应用以及对患者清醒后疼痛的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月在我院接受治疗的宫腔镜电切术患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组宫腔镜电切术患者使用丙泊酚和芬太尼进行全身麻醉,实验组宫腔镜电切术患者使用地佐辛复合丙泊酚进行全身麻醉,对比两组患者的丙泊酚用量、麻醉效果、不良反应发生率和患者意识恢复后5 min、10 min和30 min的疼痛评分。结果实验组宫腔镜电切术患者的丙泊酚用量和不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者意识恢复后5 min、10 min和30 min的疼痛评分均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉的起效时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚全身麻醉在宫腔镜电切术中的应用具有良好的疗效,减轻患者的疼痛,具有较高的临床价值。To study and analyze the application of dezocine combined with propofol general anesthesia in hysteroscopic electrosurgery and its effect on patients＇ pain after awake.Methods The object of this discussion was 100 cases of hysteroscopic electrocision in our hospital. The time of treatment in our hospital was from January 2017 to January 2018,and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups～the control group and the experimental group,and 50 cases in each group of hysteroscopic electrocision.The patients in the control group were treated with propofol and fentanyl for general anesthesia.In the experimental group,the patients with hysteroscopy combined with propofol were combined with propofol for general anesthesia.The dosage of propofol,the effect of anesthesia,the incidence of adverse reactions and the pain of 5,10,and 30 minutes after the recovery of the two groups were compared. Pain score.Results The rate of propofol and adverse reactions were lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The pain scores of 5 minutes,10 minutes and 30 minutes after the recovery of the patients were lower than those in the control group.The differences in the experimental data of the two groups were statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）,and there was no difference between the onset time of the anesthesia and the control group.No statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The application of general anesthesia with propofol and propofol in hysteroscopic electrocutting has good clinical effect,and it can reduce the pain of the patients with high clinical value.
