摘　　要：目的分析19例ANCA相关性小血管炎的临床表现及治疗反应,判断预后。方法回顾性分析新疆军区总医院肾病内科2010年1月~2018年1月收治19例ANCA相关性小血管炎患者。因为该疾病的临床表现及治疗方法目前尚无统一标准,笔者对该组患者的临床表现,治疗方法以及预后情况对比作了系统性回顾分析研究,为年轻临床医生及医学生对该病的认识提供了一组重要的临床资料,结果 ANCA相关性血管炎发病凶险,短期内死亡率较高,本病晚期治疗方法有限,治疗效果差,重视ANCA筛查,早期诊断及治疗是改善预后的关键。及早使用免疫抑制剂,可有效改善临床症状,提高了生存率,其中联合丙球治疗临床疗效显著。结论此研究目的在于充分认识血管炎的临床诊断及相关并发症以及该疾病的病理变化、治疗方案及预后,对临床医生诊断和治疗该疾病提供参考,以便更深入研究。objective To analyze the clinical manifestation and therapeutic response of 19 cases of ANCA associated small vasculitis, and determine the prognosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of 19 cases of ANCA associated small vasculitis in the department of nephrology of the general hospital of xinjiang military region from January 2010 to January 2018.Results ANCA associated vasculitis dangerous disease,mortality is higher in the short term,the disease in the late treatment is limited, poor treatment effect, attaches great importance to the ANCA screening, early diagnosis and treatment is the key to improve the prognosis.Early use of immunosuppressive agents can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the survival rate.Conclusion This study was designed to realize the clinical diagnosis of vasculitis and related complications, and pathological changes, treatment and prognosis of the disease,and provide reference for clinical doctors to diagnose and treat the disease, in order to further research.
