摘  要:为明确两种新型植物生长调节剂对大豆生长的影响,促进新型调节剂的实际应用,以大豆合丰50为试验材料,在大田栽培条件下,研究不同浓度梯度的新型植物生长调节剂AP_2和CGR_3浸种对大豆光合生理特性及产量的调控效应。在大豆盛花期(R^2)和盛荚期(R4)通过测定叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和叶片胞间CO_2浓度,分析了两种植物生长调节剂浸种对大豆光合特性及产量的调控效应。结果表明:两种植物生长调节剂在适宜的浓度下均可使大豆有不同程度的增产,其中100 mg·L^(-1)AP_2和50 mg·L^(-1)CGR_3浸种浓度处理使合丰50的产量较对照分别提高18.90%和11.30%。应用两种植物生长调节剂提高了大豆叶片SPAD值、净光合速率。由此,初步推断AP_2和CGR_3使大豆增产可能与调节剂对叶片光合生理的调控作用密切相关。In order to clarify the effects of two new plant growth regulators on soybean growth, and promote the practical application of new regulators. Soybean Hefeng 50 was used as experimental material to study the effects of different concentration gradient of plant growth regulator AP2 and CGR3 soaking on soybean photosynthetic physiological characteristics and yield by field experiments. The effects of two plant growth regulators on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of soybean were analyzed by measuring leaf chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration in the flowering period (R2) and podding period (R4). The results showed that two kinds of plant growth regulators could increase soybean yield in different degrees at appropriate concentrations. AP2 ( 100 mg· L-1 ) and CGR3 ( 50 mg·L-1 ) seed soaking concentration was better for the yield of Hefeng 50,the yield was 18.90% and 11.3% higher than that of the control, respectively. The application of AP2 and CGR3 increased the chlorophyll (SPAD) value, net photosynthetic rate of soybean leaves. Therefore, it is preliminarily inferred that AP2 and CGR3 increased soybean yield and may be closely related to regulation effect of regulator on leaf photosynthetic physiology.
