摘 要:目的研究不同产地苣荬菜的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱。方法区带毛细管电泳法的条件为:未涂层石英毛细管柱(56cm×75μm,有效长度51cm),以20mmol·L^-1硼砂-0.5mol·L^-1硼酸-18mmol·L^-1α-环糊精(pH8.5)作为缓冲溶液,工作电压15kV,压差进样(高度11.5cm),进样时间20s,检测波长214nm。结果建立了苣荬菜的HPCE指纹图谱,对其进行相似度评价和聚类分析;在指纹图谱中有9个共有峰,并指认了其中的3个共有峰;除德州平原样品的相似度小于0.9外,其余10个产地样品的相似度均大于0.9;聚类分析将11个产地的样品分为两类。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为苣荬菜药材的质量评价提供参考。OBJECTIVE To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) fingerprint for Sonchus arvensis L. from different habitats. METHODS Capillary zone eleetrophoresis was used and the conditions were : fused silica capillary ( 56 cm× 75 μm, effective length of 51 cm) with 50 mmol·L^-1 borax - 0.5 mol·L^-1 boric acid - 18 mmol·L^-1 α - cyclodextrin ( pH 8.5 ) as working buffer solution, 15 kV voltage, with hydrostatic injection ( height 11.5 em, 20 s) , detection wavelength of 214 nm. RESULTS The fingerprints of S. arvensis from the different habitats were established. The similarity evaluation and cluster analysis were used to analyse the 11 batches of samples. The fingerprint contains nine common peaks and three peaks were identified, and the sinfilarities of ten samples with different habitats were over 90% except that of Pingyuan county and Dezhou city. Eleven different samples were divided into two groups by cluster analysis. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be applied to the quality evaluation of S. arvensis.
