摘 要:目的基于肝素(Hep)对氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPCM)共振瑞利散射的增强作用,建立新的测定肝素的方法。方法在pH4.5~6.5缓冲溶液中,Hep—CPCM体系有一灵敏的散射光谱,最大散射峰在293nm处,在542nm处有一个较弱的吸收峰。结果0.04~1.2mg·L^-1Hep与散射强度符合线性关系,方法的检出限为0.011mg·L^-1。结论所用方法简便、检出限低,可用于注射液中Hep的测定。OBJECTIVE To develop a novel method for the determination of heparin based on the enhancement of Resonance rayleigh scattering (RRS) of cetylpyridinium chloride in the presence of heparin. METHODS In pH4.5 - 6.5 britton - robinson buffer solution ,the RRS signal of heparin and cetylpyridinium chloride alone was very weak,but it was etahaneed greatly and a new RRS spectra appeared when they interacted with each other to form the aion - association complex. The strong peak was at 293 nm and the weak peak was at 542 nm. RESULTS The mass concentration of heparin in the range of 0.04 - 1.2 mg· L^- 1 was linear to the intensity of RRS. The detection limit was 0.011mg· L^- 1 CONCLUSION The method is simple, it has low detection limit and can determine the heparin sodium in injections with satisfactory results.
