摘  要:目的检测新疆伊吾县3个不同区域产野山杏叶样本的微量元素和主要化学成分。方法依据2015年版《中国药典》附则中的定性分析法,定性分析野山杏叶中的化学成分,采用原子分光光度法、紫外分光光度法测定野山杏叶中的微量元素。结果野山杏叶含有的8个微量元素中Ca的含量最高;总黄酮、维生素C、总糖、总酸含量最高的样品分别为:样本1、样本3、样本1、样本1,含量依次为:0.210mg·g^-1、15.796mg·g^-1、4.682%、206.955g·kg^-1。结论野山杏叶中含有多种药用生物活性物质和微量元素,具有深度开发价值。OBJECTIVE To study wild Prunus sibirica leaves(WPSL) sampled in three different areas of Xinjiang Yiwu county, and to analyzed the trace elements and main chemical constituents of WPSL. METHODS According to the qualitative analysis of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition) , qualitative analysis of the chemical composition of apricot leaves, atomic spectrophotometry and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine trace elements in wild apricot leaves. RESULTS Ca had the highest level in 8 trace elements of WPSL, The highest levels of determination of the total flavonoid, Vit C, total sugar and total acid were sample 1, sample 3, sample 1 and sample 1 with respective content in of 0. 210 mg·g^- 1 , 15. 796 mg·g^- 1,4. 682 % and 206. 955 g·g^- 1. CONCLUSION The WPSL contains various medicinal hioaetive substances and trace elements, which have certain development value.
