摘  要:在概述钛合金锻造工艺特性和锻造工艺方法的基础上,阐述了锻造温度、变形程度、应变速率对TC6钛合金微观组织的影响和锻造工艺参数对锻件力学性能的影响,分析了带阻尼台TC6钛合金叶片的形状特征、尺寸精度和力学性能要求,重点叙述了带阻尼台TC6钛合金叶片的精锻工艺流程、辅助工艺,检测了带阻尼台TC6钛合金叶片的室温拉伸性能、400℃高温拉伸性能、400℃高温100 h持久性能。结果表明,采用精密锻造工艺不仅成功研制了尺寸精度高的钛合金锻件,而且显著提高了钛合金锻件的力学性能,具有工程推广价值。Based on the summary of the forging technical characteristics and forging technical methods of titanium alloy,the influences of the forging temperature,deformation degree and strain rate on the microstructure of TC6 titanium alloy and the influences of forging parameters on the mechanical properties of forging were discussed,and the shape characteristics,dimension accuracy and requirements of mechanical properties of TC6 titanium alloy blade with damping were analyzed. Then,its precision forging process and auxiliary processes were focused in detail,and the tensile properties at room temperature and 400 ℃ as well as the endurance properties for 100 h at 400 ℃of TC6 titanium alloy blade with damping were tested. The research results show that the titanium alloy forging with high dimension accuracy is successfully manufactured by the above precision forging process,and the mechanical properties of titanium alloy forging is greatly increased. Thus,the above precision forging process is widely worthy to apply in engineering.
