区域创新环境对产业集群升级的作用效果检验——以辽宁省为例

摘　　要：我国许多地方产业集群的自主创新能力较弱,在升级过程中出现许多问题,忽视区域创新环境的作用,影响产业集群的整体创新升级。为了进一步探讨区域创新环境对产业集群升级的影响,利用2010—2014年辽宁省14个城市的相关数据,结合产业集群升级和区域创新环境的相关理论,运用因子分析法和经济计量方法,实证分析了区域创新环境对产业集群升级的作用效果。结果显示:区域经济基础环境、区域基础设施环境和市场化程度对产业集群升级有更显著的影响;而区域资源投入环境和对外开放度对产业集群升级的影响不显著。Many local industrial clusters been many problems in the process of u in our country are weak pgrading which affects the innovating upgrading of innovation environment on the upgrading in independent innovation capabilities. There have , such as ignoring the role of the regional innovation environment, industrial clusters. In order to further explore the impact of the regional of industrial clusters. Based on the relevant data of 14 prefecture-level cit- ies in Liaoning province in 2010 and 2014, combining with the theory of industrial cluster upgrading and regional innovation environment effect, this paper analyzes the effect of regional innovation environment on the upgrading of industrial clusters by using factor analysis and econometric methods. The results show that the regional economic environment, the regional infrastructure environment and the degree of marketization have a significant impact on the upgrading of industrial clusters, and the impact of regional resource investment environment and opening degree on industrial cluster upgrading is not significant. Finally, we put forward the concrete suggestions for the of industrial clusters in Liaoning province.
