摘 要:选用FeCl_3、壳聚糖(CTS)、粉煤灰、CaO、硅藻土等几种常见调理剂,以污泥形貌、粒径分布、污泥比阻(SRF)、滤饼脱水率为指标,探究调理剂对污泥微观结构及脱水性能的影响。结果表明:CTS使污泥絮体与絮体外部水分离最明显,复合调理剂调理后分离程度高,但团聚的絮体较小。CTS使污泥平均粒径由45.97μm增长至60.87μm,FeCl_3+CaO调理后粒径降为28.58μm。原泥比阻为1.22×10~9s^2/g,抽滤后脱水率为85.42%,复合调理剂调理效果优于单一使用,调理剂FeCl_3+CaO+硅藻土使污泥比阻降至0.08×10~9s^2/g,滤饼脱水率升至91.69%,脱水性能得到了较大改善。Some common conditioner such as FeCl3,chitosan( CTS),fly ash,CaO,diatomite were used in this research to condition sludge. The effect of conditioners on the microstructure and deuaterability of sludge were investigated by using sludge morphology,particle size distribution,sludge specific resistance( SRF) and cake dehydration rate. The results showed that the separation of sludge floc and water outside the floc was most obvious with CTS,and its separation degree by composite conditioner was high,at the same time the agglomerated flocs were smaller. CTS increased the average particle size of sludge from 45. 97 μm to 60. 87 μm,and after conditioning with FeCl3 + CaO,the particle size of sluge was reduced to 28. 58 μm.The specific resistance of crude sludge was 1. 22 × 10 9 s 2/g,the dehydration rate was 85. 42%. The conditioning effect of compound conditioner was better than that of the single one. The composite conditioner FeCl3+ CaO + diatomite reduced the specific resistance of the sludge to 0. 08 × 10 9 s 2/g,and the cake dehydration rate rose to 91. 69%. The dewaterability got the greatest improvement.
