摘 要:应用基于CaO_2的类芬顿污泥预处理技术对抚顺某市政污水处理厂浓缩池剩余污泥进行预处理,以强化污泥的过滤脱水性能。分析了CaO_2释放H_2O_2与pH值间的关系,并且对污泥的缓冲性能进行测定;研究了最佳氧化反应时间以及CaO_2与Fe^(2+)的最佳添加量,并探讨了其对污泥特性的影响。结果表明:CaO_2释放H_2O_2的浓度和速度随pH值的增大而减少和减慢,且污泥相对与水而言有较强的酸碱缓冲能力,适于CaO_2在污泥脱水中的应用。此外,氧化过程中产生的羟基自由基(·OH)是强化污泥脱水的关键,当氧化反应时间为90 min,CaO_2与Fe^(2+)的投加量分别为20mg/g和30 mmol/L时,污泥的过滤脱水性能最佳。同时,影响污泥脱水性能的胞外聚合物(EPS)的浓度和组成在氧化反应前后发生了变化,紧密结合EPS(TB-EPS)量减少,污泥的脱水和过滤性能得到提高。A Fenton-like technology with calcium peroxide( CaO2) was used to enhance the slurry dewatering ability in the sewage treatment plant in Fushun. The relationship between H2O2 release and pH value,as well as the acid-base buffering capacity of the sewage sludge were analyzed. The optimized condition( processing time,the dosages of CaO2 and Fe(2+)) were also studied. Additionally,its effect on sludge characteristics during the oxidation process was discussed,too. The results indicated that the rate of CaO2 dissolution increased as pH decreased. And it was suitable for the CaO2 in the sludge dewatering,because the acid-base buffering capacity of sludge became much stronger. When the dosages of CaO2 and Fe(2+)were 20 mg/g and 30 mmol/L respectively,sludge reached its optimum dewaterability for 90 min. At the same time,the·OH was the key factor for slurry dewatering during the whole process. Addition,the concentrations and the composition of the extracellular polymeric substance( EPS) were changed after the process. The concentration of tightly bounding EPS( TBEPS) was decreased,while the soluble EPS( S-EPS) were decreased,and then followed by an increasing trend. The dewatering and filtering abilities were enhanced by the Fenton-like process.
