摘 要:选用赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)处理添加不同比例蘑菇渣的牛粪和猪粪。研究了蚯蚓处理不同物料过程中pH、有机质及养分含量的动态变化,并对蚯蚓处理前后物料中重金属含量,过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性进行了对比。结果表明:蚯蚓堆肥降低了物料中pH、有机质含量,增加了N、P、K等营养元素和重金属含量,促进了过氧化氢酶活性,并不同程度地降低了碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性;此外,添加蘑菇渣处理有机质的分解速度明显大于未添加处理组,蘑菇渣的添加有助于堆肥产物中营养元素的积累和重金属含量的降低,而且对蚓粪中过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性有一定促进作用,当牛粪和猪粪与蘑菇渣的比例为6∶4时,对碱性磷酸酶、脲酶的促进效果最好。In this experiment,compost made from the cow dung and pig manure with different proportions of mushroom residues were treated with Eisenia foetida. The dynamic changes of pH,organic matter and nutrient contents during the treatment were studied,and the contents of heavy metal,the activity of catalase,alkaline phosphatase,urease and sucrase were compared before and after vermicomposting treatment. The results showed that pH,total organic carbon and alkaline phosphatase,urease and sucrase activities were reduced,while the nutrient( N,P,K),heavy metal contents and catalase activity increased after vermicomposting. In addition,the decomposition of the organic matter adding mushroom residue were significantly greater than that of the untreated treatment,and mushroom residue could contribute to the accumulation of nutrients and reduce the content of heavy metals,and play an positive role in promoting enzyme activities. When the ratio of cow and pig dung to mushroom residue was 6∶ 4,the promotion of alkaline phosphatase,urease activity were better than other treatments.
