摘　　要：脊髓损伤给患者、家庭和社会带来沉重的负担,脊髓损伤再生修复是最具挑战性的医学难题之一。本文总结脊髓损伤再生修复机理及临床转化的研究现状,分析其所面临的科学问题,并展望脊髓损伤再生修复的未来发展前景。Spinal cord injury brings heavy burden to patients,families and society.Regenerative repair of spinal cord injury is the most challenging medical problem.This article summarizes the research status of regenerative repair mechanism and clinical transformation of spinal cord injury,analyzes the scientific problems faced,and prospects the future development of regenerative repair of spinal cord injury.
