赤参壮骨汤治疗骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析研讨赤参壮骨汤治疗骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合的临床效果。方法:随机选择广州市白云区人民医院2014年8月至2016年12月期间收治的骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合患者90例用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组接受常规治疗,如体外冲击波、高压氧、骨爪提取物注射等,观察组在对照组治疗基础上接受赤参壮骨汤治疗,观察治疗状况,并对比分析。结果:观察组患者骨折愈合率(91.11%)高于对照组(71.11%),骨折愈合时间[(4.1±0.7)d]低于对照组[(4.9±1.1)d],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清骨代谢指数,包含骨形成蛋白–2(BMP2)、胰岛素样生长因子–1(IGF–1)、骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP),均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗骨折延迟愈合及骨折不愈合可考虑在常规治疗上给予中医赤参壮骨汤治疗,骨代谢指标得到有效调节,对骨痂形成有促进作用,进而对骨折愈合也有促进作用。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of Chinese medicine Chishenzhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion of bone fracture. Methods 90 cases of patients with delayed union and nonunion of fractures and who accepted treatments in Baiyun district people＇s hospital from August, 2014 to December,2016 were randomly selected and included in the discussion, and were divided into two groups by random number method, with 45 cases in each group.The control group were received routine treatment,such as extracorporeal shock wave, hyperbaric oxygen, Bone Claw Extract and so on, while the study group were treated with Chinese Chishenzhuanggu decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.Then, the treatment condition were observed and analyzed. Results The fracture healing rate were compared, and the study group of 91.11% was higher than that in the control group of 71.11%.The fracture healing time were compared, and the study group was（4.1 ± 0.7） d, which was lower than that in the control group of（4.9 ± 1.1） d, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The serum bone metabolic index of two groups of patients were compared, including BMP2, IGF-1, BGP, ALP index, the study group was lower than the control group, the data between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe clinical treatment of delayed union of fracture and nonunion of fracture could be given Chinese medicine Chishenzhuanggu Decoction, which the bone metabolism index can be adjusted effectively, and it can promote the formation of callus and promote the healing of bone fracture.
