关于强化长江河道采砂管理的思考

摘　　要：在全面归纳长江河道采砂管理现状的基础上,详细介绍了近两年长江河道采砂管理已采取的措施,系统分析了目前长江河道采砂依然存在的问题,进一步提出了强化长江河道采砂管理的工作思路和有关措施,以实现长江河道砂石资源科学、绿色、可持续利用,维护长江河势稳定,保障长江防洪、通航、生态安全以及国民经济健康可持续发展。On the basis of summing up the present situation of sand mining management in the Yangtze River,this paper introduces the measures adopted in the sand mining management of the Yangtze River in recent two years in detail,and systematically analyzes the existing problems at present. The working ideas and relevant measures for strengthening sand mining management in the Yangtze River are put forward to realize the scientific,green and sustainable utilization of sand and stone resources,maintain the stability of the river regime,and ensure the flood control,navigation and ecological security of the Yangtze River and the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy.
