摘 要:旨在研究鹿血与鹿茸血之间的小分子代谢物组分差异,为鹿血、鹿茸血相关产品的深度开发提供理论基础。采用超高液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)技术,结合多元统计分析方法(PCA、OPLSDA)对鹿血与鹿茸血的整体代谢物组分进行比较,并进行定量分析。多元统计分析显示,鹿血与鹿茸血在X变量上区分明显,表明两者在小分子代谢物层面上是有着明显的区别。根据代谢物的峰值共筛选出28种显著差异表达代谢物,其中脂类、核苷酸及天然抗氧化剂-麦角硫因在鹿茸血中含量较高。鹿血与鹿茸血的代谢组学分析能够为鹿血相关产品的开发提供理论基础。The purpose of this experiment was to study the differences of the metabolite components between deer blood and antler blood,and to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of related products.The metabolites were analyzed and quantified by UPLC-QTOFMS combined with multivariate statistical analysis(PCA,OPLS-DA).Multivariate statistical analysis showed that the deer blood and antler blood were clearly distinguished in the direction of the variable X,indicating a significant difference in the small metabolite composition.Twentyeight kinds of significantly differentially expressed metabolites were screened.The contents of lipids,nucleotides and ergothioneine-a natural antioxidant,were higher in antler blood.Metabolomics analysis of deer blood and antler blood can provide theoretical basis for the development of deer blood related products.
