摘 要:在室温条件下,利用超声波,以硫酸钠和氯化钙为反应物,以乙醇和氯化镁为改性剂,制备了硫酸钙晶须。用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)等对制备的样品进行了表征。结果表明:反应温度、氯化钙和硫酸钠初始浓度、反应时间、乙醇和氯化镁的加入量、超声时间等条件对硫酸钙晶须的形貌和尺寸有着重要的影响。优化工艺条件:反应温度为25℃、氯化钙和硫酸钠初始浓度为0.3 mol/L(体积比为1∶1)、无水乙醇和氯化镁用量为3 m L、搅拌转速为120 r/min、反应时间为30 min,超声时间为10 min。在此条件下制备的硫酸钙晶须尺寸均匀、长径比为30。By ultrasound method,calcium sulfate whiskers were synthesized using calcium chloride and sodium sulfate as raw materials,ethanol and magnesium chloride as crystal control agents at room temperature.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The experimental results showed that synthesis conditions,including the reaction temperature,initial concentration of calcium chloride and sodium sulfate,reaction time,the adding contents of ethanol and magnesium chloride and ultrasonic time had significant influence on the morphology and size of the whiskers.The optimized synthesis conditions were obtained as follows:the reaction temperature was25 ℃,the initial concentration of calcium chloride and sodium sulfate was 0.3 mol/L(the volume ratio was 1 ∶1),the adding content of ethanol and magnesium chloride added was 3 m L,the agitation speed was 120 r/min,the reaction time was 30 min and the ultrasonic time was 10 min.The as-prepared Ca SO4·2 H2 O whiskers under the optimized conditions were uniform in size with the aspect ratio about 30.
