摘 要:以高锰酸钾为锰源,以葡萄糖、果糖、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、丙酮为还原剂,通过溶剂热法成功制得纯相的纳米锰氧化物。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等手段对制备产物进行表征。实验结果表明,以丙酮为还原剂,在反应温度为180℃、反应时间为4 h条件下,制备产物为棒状的纯相四氧化三锰纳米粒子,粒径为50~150 nm,粒径分布均匀,且可通过反应条件进行调控。Pure nano-sized Mn_3O_4 was controllably prepared by solvothermal method with KMnO_4 as the manganese source,and glucose,fructose,cellulose,methyl cellulose,polyvinyl alcohol and acetone as the reducing agents.This nano-oxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Results showed at acetone as reducing agent,180 ℃ of reaction temperature and 4 h of reaction time,the product was rod-like pure Mn_3O_4 nano-particle and the average particle size was at 50~150 nm,which had uniform distribution and could be tuned through reaction conditions.
