摘  要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光粒度分析仪、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等分析测试技术,研究了粉煤灰提铝残渣和脱硫石膏的颗粒形貌、矿物组成、粒度分布、化学成分等基本特性。以粉煤灰提铝残渣为主要原料,以脱硫石膏或矿渣为掺合料,采用压制成型的方法制备轻质保温板。通过实验得出各组分最佳配比(质量分数):粉煤灰提铝残渣为40%,脱硫石膏为15%,河砂为15%,水为30%。The morphology,mineral composition,size distribution and chemical composition etc.of fly ash residue after extracting aluminium oxide and FGD gypsum were investigated by means of SEM,XRD,Laser particle size analyzer and XRF.The fly ash residue after extracting aluminium oxide and FGD gypsum(or slag) were used as the main raw materials to prepare the lightweight insulation board by pressure molding method.The best ratio of components(mass fraction) was as follows:40% of fly ash residue,15% of FGD gypsum,15% of sand and 30% of water.
